At Chia Beauty, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges only for faulty or incorrect items. Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchase, personal dislike, or used items.

If you believe your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
Any relevant details regarding the problem

This allows our team to review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

You’ll be notified via email once your return has been approved/rejected in line with our returns policy with next steps.

If the return requirements are met – we are able to offer:

• a refund or store credit for the full amount paid for the returned item/s.

• a replacement item

Please note that original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • If your return request is approved, items must be returned:

    • In original, unused, and resalable condition
    • With original packaging
    • With no signs of wear, damage, stains, or odours

    Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and sent back to you.

  • International returns may be accepted only for faulty or incorrect items.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    We do not offer exchanges on international orders.

    Customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If an order is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, it is not eligible for a refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • All sale and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

    If your order includes a free gift as part of a promotion and you are eligible for a return, the free gift must also be returned.

    If the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from any refund issued.

    If you choose to receive store credit or an exchange instead of a refund, you may keep the free gift.

  • All digital products, including ebooks, courses, guides, and downloadable content, are final sale, non-refundable and non-trasnferrable.

    Once a digital product has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • By completing a purchase with Chia Beauty, you agree to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

    If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

    • Dispute the claim with evidence, including delivery confirmation and order details
    • Suspend or block future purchases
    • Deny any future refunds or support

    Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in further action where applicable.
